Refund Policy
1 Overview
We offer subscription plans for Discord servers that unlock additional features and higher usage limits. Because our service is digital and access is granted instantly once payment is confirmed, all purchases are final and non-refundable — except under the limited conditions set out in Section 2.
All subscriptions are billed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or US Dollars (USD via PayPal), available in Weekly, Monthly, and Yearly durations for the Premium and Pro tiers. Each purchase is a one-time payment (not a recurring subscription) for a fixed duration.
2 Limited Exceptions
A refund will only be granted under the following conditions:
- Duplicate or incorrect charge — you were charged more than once for the same order, or the amount charged differs from the listed plan price.
- Complete service failure due to our fault — payment succeeded but the tier never activated on your server and we are unable to restore it.
- Unauthorized transaction — the payment was made without the authorization of the legitimate account holder (subject to verification).
- Where a refund is required by applicable consumer-protection law.
3 Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- Change of mind or no longer needing the subscription after purchase.
- Premium or Pro features have been used during the subscription period.
- The subscription was terminated by us for a violation of our Terms of Service.
- Partial refunds for unused days within an active subscription period.
- Not reading the feature list or plan limits before purchasing.
- Renewals of an already-active subscription (only accidental duplicate charges qualify).
4 How to Request (for exception cases)
If your purchase falls under one of the exceptions in Section 2, contact us through one of the following channels:

Include the following information so we can verify quickly:
- Your Discord username and ID
- The Discord server (guild) ID the subscription was applied to
- The plan purchased (e.g., Premium Monthly)
- The date and proof of payment (e.g., a screenshot of a duplicate charge)
- A short explanation of why your case qualifies as an exception
5 Processing Time
Once we receive a valid, exception-eligible request, we will review it within 3–5 business days. If approved, the funds are returned to the original payment method.
Processing time depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear in your account after approval.
6 Cancellation & Chargebacks
Every purchase is a one-time payment with no automatic billing, so there is nothing to cancel — access simply ends when the duration expires, and letting it expire does not trigger a refund. Filing a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider instead of contacting us will automatically revoke all tier access on the affected server.
