Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if I renew before my subscription ends?
Time stacks. Every payment adds its full duration on top of whatever you have left — renewing early never wastes a day.
What happens when my subscription expires?
Premium perks are suspended, but your configuration is snapshotted and kept for 14 days — renew within that window and everything is restored automatically. For Pro, the custom bot is stopped immediately and its data is removed after 3 days.
Do subscriptions auto-renew?
No. All plans are one-time payments for a fixed duration. We'll DM you a reminder 3 days and 1 day before expiry, with a link to renew.
Does one subscription cover all my servers?
Subscriptions are per server. Each Discord server needs its own active plan — you can manage them all from one dashboard.
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final — we do not offer refunds except in limited cases such as duplicate charges or a service that failed to activate due to our error. See our Refund Policy for details. Having a payment problem? Reach us on our Discord Server and we'll help.
